“It was really amazing to see so many flowers here in the garden, I never imagined it could be so beautiful,” overjoyed Riya Kunwar. The Child Club under the After School Program (ASP) organized a day trip to the Botanical Park at Godavari on 30th November, Saturday. Among many other activities 'Exposure Visit' is counted as one of the main activities of Child's Club that helped the children to improve their physical and mental health. Altogether 57 children attending the ASP program at the INCLUDED community center in Manohara were present guided by the center manager, teachers, and volunteers of Samudayik Sarathi.

“The trip gave an opportunity of learning more about the flora and fauna,” said Pema Lama, ECD caregiver. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves by singing, dancing, and being engaged in physical activities through different games. The hot served breakfast, lunch, and tasty munchies made them more rejoicing throughout the day.

“The parents of these kids also encouraged us to make this trip happen contributing rupees 100 each,” shared the center manager Renu Lama with excitement.
