Very first brokering of services!

For the very first time, we have been able to broker services for the migrant communities. The Department of Primary Education, Ministry of Mass and Primary Education has provided us with Teaching - Learning materials for one-year long Pre-Primary education for our 2 community centers. This materials will be used in our ECD program. Earlier 2 trainers from the same Department provided training to the ECD Facilitators. The District Primary Education Office, Dhaka will also do monitoring and provide supports to our programs regularly. We have already applied with the DPE for signing MOU with us. It is in the process!

Hunger doesn’t let anyone to get education

“I love to come to the club at the Manohara Community Center every week, but it is not always possible to me”, said Min Kumari a member of the Mom's club. However, she actively attends the mom's club once in a month as she has invested her money in the saving and credit group. A little saving out of her earnings has supported her livelihood in need.
